Cancellation policy
When you purchase a subscription, you are purchasing one box per month (or the quantity you selected).
If you are receiving the box(s) to your home, the box(s) will be delivered each month.
If you are sending the box(s) to one of our charity partners, the box(s) will be distributed to them each month.
Your payment details will be stored and you will be charged once a month (unless you choose to pay in advance).
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew your subscription, you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. You will receive links to your order in your confirmation emails and you can manage your subscriptions from there. Alternatively, if you have an account with us, you can manage your subscriptions by logging into your account on our website.
