Young Heroes
An experienced facilitator will slot into your class period to share their compelling story of how they started The Good Box and engage the students. Each student can build their own box (up to 25 boxes total) and write a letter of hope for recipients of the boxes.
This program is aligned to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs).
It provides a highly engaging session for your students and promotes general capabilities, including critical and creative thinking, problems solving, developing empathy and compassion, teamwork, and social responsibility.

What is included
Delivery of unassembled Good Box kits (or come to our space!)
The Good Box facilitated session – in person in Brisbne or Melbourne, or from anywhere virtually
Good Box trained volunteers
An impactful presentation covering multiple topics such as empathy, compassion
In teams, work together to break-down misconceptions of homelessness
Write letters of hope to people currently going through a rough patch
Collection of assembled Good Boxes once your session is finished
Quality control of the Boxes
Local distribution of Good Boxes and letters to people in need
Promoting important values such as inclusion, empathy & social responsibility.
Improve communication between peers
